Late. Kanji KarshanHalai Education and Charitable Trust received approval from Gujarat Government to establish a Raksha Shakti School, Gajod under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Mode in 2023.. The school officially commenced operations from July 2023 and aims to prepare young minds for a future in the Indian Armed Forces and other leadership roles in the society.
Raksha Shakti School is a government-supported residential school in Gujarat established to provide quality education from Class 6 to Class 12 with a strong focus on discipline, values, and holistic development. The school combines academic excellence with physical training, leadership skills, and character building, aiming to prepare students for careers in defence services, security forces, and public service while nurturing responsible and confident citizens of the nation.
Currently, the school is ready to accommodate 500 cadets from Gujarat and 70 seats are allotted for each class by the govt. These students undergo a rigorous schedule that includes academic, education, physical training, leadership quality development, personality development and military discipline.
The school campus is equipped with modern classrooms, science and computer labs, a library, hostels, a mess hall, sports facilities, obstacles, firing range and a parade ground. A dedicated management, principal retired H/Capt from Army Educational Corps , a team of trained teachers is going to be recruited and ex-defense personnel ensures the cadets receive top-quality instruction and mentorship. Participation in NCC (National Cadet Corps), athletics, cultural events, and social outreach programs is highly encouraged.

The foremost aim of school is to prepare cadets academically, mentally and physically for entry into the National Defence Academy (NDA) Khadakwasla and other defence – related career paths . The school focuses on developing leadership qualities, discipline, character and patriotism among cadets with the ultimate goal of serving the nation in the armed forces.
